Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy


For orders within UAE,

  • we offer standard shipping and estimate that your order will be delivered within 2 working days from the day you receive your order confirmation email. 
  • Delivery charges will be added to the invoice and will be indicated separately on the order form during the check-out process.  

For international orders, 

  • You need to pay with your credit/debit card to place an order. Shipping fees to your location will be displayed to you while you’re checking out.
  • We’ll send you an email confirming your order as soon as it’s successfully placed and estimate that your order will be delivered between 5-7 working days.

    Customs & import duties
  • For most shipments, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country.
  • Customs duties and any handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country.
  • Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, so they will have to be borne by you once your parcel reaches your country.
  • You can contact your local customs office to find about customs duties for your country before you place an order so that you’re not surprised when these duties are levied.
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. If you refuse to accept the delivery, unfortunately, we will have to deduct that cost from the return credit amount, since the courier will have already paid the charge on your behalf.


You will receive a call from our courier service to schedule delivery. Please note, that the courier will require your signature upon delivery. When placing your order, it is essential you provide your correct mobile number and address,  where you are reachable during normal working hours (could also be your work address).
Our working days are Sunday to Thursday (excluding bank & public holidays). Orders placed after 1300 hrs on Thursday may not be processed until Sunday. The exact time of the delivery cannot be specified, as delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability.


We want you to experience complete peace of mind! That's why TubTime offers a hassle-free 5-day-return policy. We will gladly offer an exchange for any unopened product bought from our store that is returned within 5 days of the date of purchase. Item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt, in an unopened and saleable condition along with the original packaging. We cannot offer exchanges on any opened or used products. 
Please send an email to within 5 days upon receipt. Our courier service will get in contact with you to schedule a return collection. Please make sure to handover all return items to the courier at the agreed location and time. There may be an extra charge.
We will arrange for the voucher credit once we have received the item(s) returned in its original packaging with all tags attached and have found no damage or usage. Once inspection is completed you will receive a return confirmation email with a voucher code to redeem against any future purchase from TubTime. Your voucher will cover the value of the items returned minus the return shipping charges. Sale items are excluded from this return policy. Unfortunately, we can not offer cash back or credit card refunds.

We will arrange for an exchange, if goods are received damaged, incomplete or incorrectly. Please make sure to inspect your order upon receipt and notify TubTime within 24 hours in case of any issues by sending an email to our customer service at You will be offered an exchange, after we have received the returned products.
